revival

Christianity is man pressing into God through his Som Jesus Christ.Revival is God pressing into us.All the great revivals were marked by Gods presence, mighty outpourings of His spirit.True revival is God lifting us out of our mundane normal church experience into His marvelous Light.True revival is not something you can do for yourself.That is why all real revival begins with prayer.Even in the 2nd chapter of Acts,before the Spirit came ,people had to pray.There are no shortcuts with God. If you want revival,then be prepared to sacrifice your time ,talents, and feelings.I pray Jesus,that you will give your people a genuine hunger for your presence and Word.

Church should not be mundane, and if it is, something is wrong. But sadly, many in the church just accept the status quo week after week, without any expectation whatsoever.

But if we are not praying, then what is there to expect?
