I think that, Ten Shekels and a Shirt-Paris Reidhead is my favorite. It is one of the first teachings I read when I came to Sermon index.
My second would be, I am Not Ashamed of the Scandal-Paul Washer. This teaching was very challenging to me and my boys, in fact my middle son really felt convicted after hearing this teaching and God used it to really begin to work in his life. Not to long after he repented and was baptized.
My third favorite is, True and False Repentance-Charles Finney. This one really got me thinking about what it means to truly repent of my sin. God also used this one in a huge way in my older sons life. For some time I shared with him often about the sin in his life and what it meant to repent, after reading this he broke down and cried. He told me that he wanted God to help him view his sin as He saw it.He said that he now realized that before he had only been trying to ease his conscious and did not concern himself with how his sin effected God. He repented and we spent much time talking and praying that night.

Suggestion, have you ever thought about adding a "favorite sermon" feature to the individual profiles, much like you can do on YouTube and some other social media. I think this would be a useful feature of the site, so we can both recall our "favorite sermons," and so others might be blessed by those sermons that have especially spoken to us?

Wow -- it would be difficult to limit it to three. Various messages that are contained here at SermonIndex have had a tendency to mean more to me at various stages of my walk with Christ.

If I had to suggest three to people who have never discovered a message like the hidden "treasures" here, I suppose that I would recommend these:
