How does a repentant christian ever feel "clean" again?
Survey the wondrous cross.
Look at what was done at Calvary.
Have faith in the accomplished work.
"It is finished."
Christ bore all your past sins, current sin, and future sin on that tree. The blood of Jesus Christ has cleansed you. Go and sin no more.

1 John 1:9-10
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
Amen.He is faithfull and just to forgive those who trust in Jesus Christ. It's not about you or me,it's about Him.What you do-believe,repent,confess.I'd advise to find a mature Christian you can trust and speak to him about it.

It is proper that you feel "unclean" when you are in sin. However, Jesus Christ bore the sins of the world upon the cross. His blood is MORE than adequate to cleanse you from sin. Just confess those sins to God and [u]trust
Remember: He knows and loves you...even when you are in the darkest of sins. Yet, I believe that the kindness and goodness of God can keep a person from sinning. Continue in an attitude that utterly detests those sins. Don't make excuses for them. Yet rely on what is in His Word by the fact that, if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse you from unrighteousness (I John 1:9).
One of the great things about God is that we can trust in His love. He loves you, dear one. Nothing can separate you from that love. When you fall down, just dust yourself off. I am praying for you.
The "Willfully sin" is not what you think it is. We have all willfully sinned at some point in our lives AFTER we have received the truth. This sin has nothing to do with you seeing that your sorry that you have sinned. The person who "willfully" sins is one who has "turned back" one who has "fallen away". In Paul's day, Jews who came to Christ were turning back under law, they were counting the blood of Jesus as nothing. For these people, they knowingly, willfully sinned.
As for feeling clean. Jesus has already forgiven you the moment that you turned to Him for help. Sometimes but not all the time, one feels that they have been cleaned. For most of us it's not immediate because we are still wallowing in our own sense of unworthiness, but that will soon pass and we will feel cleaned.
I'll say it now before someone else does, we use the word "feel" because there is really no other word to describe what we desire. We know that faith is not a feeling, however, faith can be felt.

Being clean is one thing, feeling clean may be another. Remembrance of guilt will always haunt you like an old battle wound, and bring up painful feelings, but as been shown in 1 John 1:9 by a couple already, He is faithful to forgive.
Remember the cross. When I understand that I am far more sinful in nature than my express sins could touch, then I remember the grace of Christ on the cross, Him being the propitiation for my sin; meaning, all sins past present and future have been atoned for. This is what propitiation means: That God has looked unfavorably upon His Son that He may look favorably upon you. It is Christ who has made us clean, and keeps us clean. Remember this, and your confidence may be steady because you are looking at Christ.
You may be sure that those who look to Christ are pure in the eyes of the Father. We repent of sin as a carrying means of this grace, but there is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.

Jesus Christ has not only paid the price for the penalty of sin, but He has also given us victory over the power of sin.
Some Christians do not see sin as a serious matter and are even taught that they are going to sin every day.
Other Christians have a genuine fear of God and are truly sorry and repentant when they sin, and many times the accuser of the brethren will try to bring these dear ones under a state of condemnation. Even after repenting they still have feelings of unworthiness, guilt, and often despair. We must realize that the source of this is from the enemy because if he can keep us sin conscious there is a possilbility that we will continue to sin and possibly even backslide.
If we sin, and we have confessed our sin and repented, we must stand in faith in the Word of God regardless of feelings. We should reject all lies from the enemy that we have committed the unpardonable sin, and refuse all accusations.
Our wavering feelings will come in line with our faith as we stand on the promises of God believing that the blood of Jesus Christ does indeed cleanse us from all sin, and God not only forgives us of our sins but He forgets those sins that are confessed and repented of. He has removed those repented sins as far as the east is from the west and they are cast into the depths of the sea, and we do not have any business dredging them up again.

My response is that it is a hazard to guess, so we shouldn't do it.
There can be a separate conversation on how to be cleansed of the sin of pornography, but I don't think we should speculate on the present case.
Heb 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Heb 12:3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
The whole chapter would be a good one to read and understand. Sometimes only time and distance will bring healing to our mind and heart in the matter of willful sin repented of, and like the 10 lepers who after being told what to do to obtain thier healing and cleansing ie.. thier forgiveness and restoration....they went on a journey, how afr did they have to go? what obsticles did they have to overcome? what shame did they bear on the way? we have no idea but this we do know, that the ONE who came back to honor and worship Jesus with thanksgiving recieved a second blessing, peace, and he became a disciple of the Lord. He followed the Lord and was made welcome as one of His. I supose at that moment he had forgotten all that bad stuff associated with his previous condition and was gratefully walking in the presence of God learning all HIS ways cleansed and made whole.
