Famous Sermon: 'The Blind Leading the Blind'

Grateful if any of the friends here could tell me where I could get an MP3 recording of the famous sermon 'The Blind Leading the Blind'. I remember hearing it some years ago, and I was deeply enlightened by the insights given by the preacher regarding self-righteous preachers and religious bigots and their involvment in sinister cults.

I know it's not Art Katz or A W Tozer. Could someone here enlighten me?
