HELP NEEDED: Digitizing VHS tapes into mp4 format

Is there anyone that can help me with a small project of digitizing and encoding 5 tapes into mp4? It would be great if someone who has already done this volunteer for this job. I would send you the VHS tapes in the mail.

Also I have 2 videos that are on DV tapes that need to be digitized, edited and put together! Please let me know if you can help with either project.

I believe the VHS tapes are taken care of.

I just need someone to help take 4 DV Tapes and edit them together and send me the mp4 digital file.
