4. Can I do it in Fellowship with the Lord Jesus? (Colossians 3:17)
5. Can I ask God to bless me as I do it? (2 Corinthians 9:8)
6. Will it dishonour God's Name? (Romans 2:24, 2 Corinthians 8:21)
7. Would I do it if the Lord Jesus were to return now? (1 John 2:28)
8. Will it be spiritually profitable and edifying? (1 Corinthians 6:12, 1 Corinthians 10:23)
9. Will it blunt my spiritual edge in anyway? (2 Timothy 2:15)
10. Will it cause others to stumble? (Romans 14:13, 1 Corinthians 8:9)
11. What do wiser brothers think about it? (Proverbs 11:14, Proverbs 15:22, Proverbs 24:6)
12. Do I feel free in my spirit to do it? (1 John 2:27).
