Intercession

It really convicted me and made think, am I always looking for my needs to be filled? Or am I willing to stand in the gap and fulfill others needs? do I have breaches in my wall that need to fixed and built up? Lord help me to fix them!

I have taken care of my senior mother for an intense 3 years. She went to be with the Lord knowing and loving her Savior. The Lord has given me time to sit at His feet and become refreshed. My favorite place and been ministering how He is the "God of Love" and we are to bring forth the fruit of His love. He has been prodding me with His gentle Self to go to Church. I have not returned to my home State as yet. Church has been frustrating in the past do to several reasons. One is just as the Holy Spirit has made everyone ready to do a work in us then the Pastor gets up and gives announcements etc. Totally misses the Presence of the Lord and quenches the Spirit. Please, no offense to anyone but I think they are missing the Spirit and working on what comes next. If I didn't know better, I might do the same. The Lord has also worked in me not to be critical but to pray. Anyway, the good news is after listening to this awesome and powerful Word from the Lord and His nudging,and refreshing me,this Sunday I will go to the corner Assembly of God Church. Please Dear Lord, help me to be a giver of whatever You have given me and not a taker. To be a blessing and not look to be blessed. To Pray for others needs and trust You are supplying mine. To love and not to criticize. To lift You up and not myself. Zac Poonen, sermons along with Smith Wigglesworth - not finished yet - and all of you have been used to push me onward and up word. My son and I usually discuss a certain show on tv. But this year I am not into it. He said, getting old Mom. I said, well, yes-but I think its more that I am drawing closer to the Lord again and the things of this world are growing dimmer. The Lord is drawing me even closer to Him than ever but this time with more understanding of who He is and who I am and what He has done in me. Only God can take a corrupt heart and mold it. I must become less and He more. So humbly I go off to Church with more of His heart! Amen.
