I can see how that applies to false teachers and prophets. Even those who preach for money. That is because the false ministers ,minister because they went to school or some kind of training. Then they were ordained.

What a paradox, they were ordained in the world and preach false about God's word, then they are ordained for judgement by God. We should pray for our enemies for they may be plucked out of the fire.
