The Garden of Prayer

Is there some passage of scripture where people get the idea that Jesus was tempted by Satan to not go to the Cross during his time of travail in the Garden of Gethsemane? Because none of the Gospels talk about such a thing, yet I have seen it in two movies depicting the life of Christ and wondered if there is something I am ignorant of in one of the Epistles.

That is a good question and I am not really sure, to me looking at the conclusion of what Jesus says in the garden before He is arrested He concludes with not My will but Yours be done, To me I see it as Jesus battling His own will and not so much Satan. Jesus had self will as a man of flesh but submitted His will to the Father's will. I don't see any mention of Satan but I guess some try to assume that Satan was there because temptation is the a proposition to the mind to do your own will with no regards to the will of the Father's will.
