This I never new, but as I opened Kevin DeYoung's blog this morning, it actually blessed me: Joel apologized for his now infamous Larry King Live interview.

When ever a brother/sister asks for forgiveness for their mistakes and sins, we are to accept those appologies as such. If he has repented before the Lord, then his sins are washed away.
I will pray that Joel will speak the Word with true strength and truth.
I agree... let's forgive him for his mistakes on the Larry King show. You will not hear me mention it again.
Having said that, let's not excuse his blatent false teachings and misrepresentations of scripture that are coming out of his mouth daily through Christian media and his books.
