Trouble Downloading Other Mark Greening Sermons

I'm trying to download other sermons from Mark Greening, and all the files download very quickly but do not play. Any help? Am I doing something wrong or did something change?

When I try to play the other sermons in the browser it says they are missing also.

It's still not working for me. Sermons from other parts of the site are working, but when I go to Mark Greening's page and try to download or listen the file won't play. I tried Chrome and Firefox.
