Reftagger Not Working

I don't want to be a pest, but Reftagger seems to be down. It's not just this site, but everywhere I see Reftagger used. It seemed to have started a week or two ago. Is there a solution? I use Reftagger and I was wondering if new code needed to be installed or something like that. Thanks. Blessings and Prayers.
