i just felt a leading to share this with you all, its a fund raising appeal film from the early 70's, which was about the time i was bar-mitzvahed. As a young boy at that time, i so desired to "aliyah", literally means "go up", but it also means immigrate to Israel.
to me, Golda was such an inspring heroine. I was raised my my grandmother, who could have passed as her twin. my desire was to live and work on a kibbutz, i enjoy making things grow, here's the short film, may it warm your hearts, friends and kin of Israel:
