He wants us with Him

Do we realise that? Has it hit us yet? That God wants us with Him?

Yes, we know. We have heard it all before.

Christ's birth, life, the Cross, His death, burial, ressurection. We have heard it all before, haven't we?

But He did it so that,'...where I am, there you may be also.' John 14v3.

He wants people like us with Him. Those who have blasphemed His name, broken His commandments, hated Him.

Yet, He died for us. And we treat it lightly.

We profess to be Christians, and yet...why does it seem as though something is missing?

God will be glorified.

With or without us.

The blessed life is a life of communion,
of fellowship with the Father and His
Son. That GOD desires for us to share
in HIS joy, His Life, His peace, His
glory is such a wondrous privilege!!

Yes, we do share with Him, He has blessed us beyond worth in that.

But, I speak in reagrds to being in heaven with Him.

God wants us in heaven with Him. He wants us there.

But we seem to love the sin we are involved in so much, that we don't seem to care whether or not God approves. If we could keep that sin, or take it into heaven, we would.

God gave all, His life, and we toy with sin, because we know God is merciful, and will forgive. So we toy with sin and live a borderline Christianity that is so far removed from what God has in His word.

God help us.

And yet, He wants us with Him.
