Oh that God would make us dangerous!

We are so utterly ordinary, so commonplace, while we
profess to know a Power the Twentieth Century does not reckon
with. But we are "harmless," and therefore unharmed. We are
spiritual pacifists, non-militants, conscientious objectors in
this battle-to-the-death with principalities and powers in high
places. Meekness must be had for contact with men, but brass,
outspoken boldness is required to take part in the comradeship
of the Cross. We are "sideliners"--coaching and criticizing the
real wrestlers while content to sit by and leave the enemies of
God unchallenged. The world cannot hate us, we are too much
like its own. Oh that God would make us dangerous!

Hey brother, sometimes just where a person lives makes it more dangerous to be a Christian, the mere fact of being one making a bold , fearless statement to the community in which they live. God bless all my brothers and sisters that live in lands where just by coming to the Lord causes them to, at the least, be isolated from much of their society. When one actually counts the cost, and then comes to Christ, that one ususally lives a powerful life in Christ...........brother Frank

We will do bold things and be on fire for God when we realize who we are in Him and what our calling is.

1Pe 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Are you chosen? Are you a priest? Have you come out of darkness into His marvelous light? Can you stand up and say that you are a soldier of the light? That you stand in the light of the knowledge of the glory of God which shines in the face of Jesus Christ. Its time for priests to stand up and do exploits for God and march in the army of the righteous in Christ............brother Frank
