The timing of God

We know that the Lord came to offer His sinless Sacrifice for a people who totally were bankrupt. But why come at the time He did?

Some say it was because Israel was at her darkest hour. What do some of you say?

GOD came for those who were longing to
see hope, yearning for the kingdom of
GOD to come, looking for the promise
of the Messiah!
