Rick Warren blinded by toxic accident...

I saw this link from an article in AOL this morning. The first thing that I thought about was Saul on the road to Damascus.

Mega-pastor Rick Warren has sent out a Tweet revealing that he was blinded in an accident that has left him without sight and in "excruciating pain."

The full text of the Tweet is all that is known for now:

"My eyes were severely burned by a toxic poison. Hospitalized Mon. Excruciating pain. Now home. Pray my sight loss is restored."

Little else is known about the condition of the globe-trotting evangelical leader, though it appears he is near his home in Southern California, where he pastors the Saddleback mega-church that he founded 30 years ago.

Even though I have come against him many times on this website...this man needs our prayers right now so I will pray for his vision. (and I will put away my disagreements).

I pray that this accident change his walk forever and God will be glorified through his life. and that his sight be restored.
