GOD'S place for us is for us
to be recreated into a new man,
to be renewed in HIS righteousness,
to be conformed to the image of
HIS Beloved SON!!

Well this is what his word say's in Jeremiah 29:11.
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. So it does say he has a plan,and he knows the plans.

Being as the morning stars shouted for joy before the foundations of the earth were formed it seems safe to me to assume that God shared his plan with others before putting it in motion

Skipping over a lot of allegories and parables I see the cliff notes as .....

First God who created all things created both evil and good and the universal law of polarity that says that opposites attract

Therefore by law Satan had to make his appearance in the garden

Then by law evil became sin and consequently because of sin, evil took on death

In the end the earth and man were created so that evil would show up someplace where it could be destroyed.
