Grudges are like hooks hanging on the ledge of the heart waiting to drag the soul into darkness. The longer the grudge remains the deeper the hook sinks. When your brother sins against you quickly blow the hook away before it settles in and grows barbs. Even if seventy times seven hooks landed upon our heart at once the breath of the Spirit could blow them all away. Let the divine wind of love continually breath upon our hearts as we learn to love our neighbor as our self.
