Sickness is a spiritual issue. Sickness is only a physical manifestation of a spiritual issue. If there was no sin there would be no sickness. So the root of sickness is spiritual. So to deal with sickness
successfully you have to attack it at the roots. When you attack sickness at the roots then the fruit can't last. Notice when Jesus cursed the Fig tree it dried up from the roots. Once the roots dried up the rest of the tree had no choice. And to attack sickness at the roots it takes the word of God (Pro. 4:20-23).
Adam and Eve gave their eyes and ears to what Satan said and allowed the wrong thing to be planted in their spirit and that led to sin which led to sickness. So if having the wrong thing in the spirit brought sickness why is it so hard to believe having the right thing in your spirit will bring healing. The spirit is the life of the body. God sees you as healed right now (1Peter 2:24) and He needs you to speak in agreement with that. Just as God considered Abraham the father of many nations even before it was manifested in the physical(Genesis 17:4,5), but He needed him to speak in agreement with that so God changed his name.
To God you will never be more healed than you are right now, because healing has already been provided that's why He says "By whose stripes ye were healed". People are waiting on God to heal them, but God is waiting on you to receive what He has provided. He has already provided all the healing you will ever need and it's up to you to receive. The healing you want is in God's word, that's why it's medicine. And as you believe according to your faith be it unto you (Matthew 9:29). God don't see you as you see you as sick. Notice God told Abraham I have made thee a father of many nations before it was physically manifested and it was up to Abraham to receive that. God told Joshua "See I have given you the city" even though the wall was still up (Joshua 6:2). Once God speaks He sees it as done and that's how we need to see it.
Proverbs 4:22 says his word is health/medicine to all your flesh and when you see God's word as your healing already accomplished even though you don't look any different or feel any different you are in a position to receive healing. In Luke 17:12-14 ten lepers came to Jesus to be cleansed and Jesus said "Go show yourselves unto the priests". Now in that day you only showed yourself to the priests after you have been cleansed so he could pronounce you clean. So why did Jesus tell them to show themselves to the priests? He was calling them clean. Now they didn't look any different or feel any different and yet they went. They saw Jesus words as their healing even while their bodies told them otherwise. And as a result as they went they were healed. When did Jesus provide healing? When He said "Go show yourselves unto the priest", when He called them clean. Well, hasn't God called you healed and it's up to you to receive that.
You keep before your eyes and ears how God has already
healed you and that will manifest in your body. I know
because I have experienced it for myself. And if it
worked for me then it can work for you. God has provided the cure for your sickness, follow his instructions (Proverbs 4:20-23).
