South Carolina's high court has overturned the conviction of a man arrested for preaching against homosexuality on a sidewalk in downtown Greenville.
The state Supreme Court on Monday said the city ordinance prohibiting humiliating, offensive, scary or obscene comments is too vague to be enforced and is therefore unconstitutional.
