ENGRAVED

On the hands of might and love;
On the hands which made the worlds;
On the hands which were nailed
to the tree of Calvary;

"Behold! I have engraved you
on the palms of My Hands!"

Isaiah 49:16

Remembering the love between David and Johnathan. They set their hearts to make a human bond. How startling it is to think of that bond between mortal men. Now to consider that bond between God and His Son. And even more amazing to remember that He who promises does not lie.
