The Light of Heaven

B
buttermilk80 Nov 20, 2010

We, who wander this earth, are blind to the direct Glory of God. No man can see God and live, it is said. Yet the same cannot be said of heaven and those who reside there. There is no darkness in God or His holy Angels. They see clearly the ways of man. But it is written: Nothing is hidden before the eyes of God.

Consider, then, next time you are tempted to betray your Lord by a sin remember how every action is laid bare before every creature in heaven. What we do is not secret as we are fooled into thinking it is so. Not only will every whisper in the inner room be proclaimed from the roof top, so is everything we do and say visable to them now.

What will be said of he who's lampstand has been removed? How will he defend himself before the Holy Lord of Glory on that horrible day? As the Lord has said to me in my moments of wandering: "Today you reside in the Grace of God. Don't miss it".

Woe to he who tramples the Son of God under foot! Woe to the teachers who teach by their example that holiness is a joke. Woe to all who hate the Son by their actions.

Grace and peace exist for those who love His appearing and keep themselves for His Glory. May God find us faithful to His Son's Holy sacrifice. May these words cut through our hearts with the impact of a rusty jagged knife. Brothers and sisters in Christ, we have such a short time to be tested. What time do you have left? Count your years to 80 and be sober. Will not our souls sing with joy to hear these words: "Well done, you good and faithful servant." Amen.

In order to hear well done good and faithful servant, we have to be faithful servants?

Are we?
