Brethren,

I was encouraged by Keith Green's story. He made many blunders, but his heart was genuine. Praise the Lord for his life and songs.

I never met the guy but you can tell this guy is heaven right now. It's not about being perfect but he really really cared about God! He really really did and it showed.

The truth always comes out in people. You can't hide who you are.

He made many blunders,

Of course he did, brother! he was only 28 when he died! :P
however, the testimony and legacy of Christ's love he left behind is absolutely amazing.

My favorite Keith Green song...

Make My Life A Prayer To You

I love His love relationship with our Lord. One of my favorite stories is how he wanted to get out of the way when the Holy Spirit was doing a work.

In the book his wife wrote about his life it was said, he was speaking and playing the piano and the Holy Spirit came in upon the audience and Keith being the focus and wanting to get out of the way he crawled under the piano to get out of the way so the Holy Spirit could have His way with the audience. It was always all about Jesus for Him. All Glory To God. Oh, for that to be the case today.
