What does magnifiy mean, it means to make bigger or enlarge. You can't make God larger than He is, but you can make him larger in your sight. What you meditate on you magnify. You've been meditating on your problems magnifying it in your sight. And the more you meditate on your problems the more you shrink God in your sight. Just like the children of Isreal when the 12 spies saw the giants that were in the land they came back and reported what they saw to the rest of the people and said we were but like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in theirs (Nunbers 13:33). Well neither they nor the giants should have been their focus, but God. As Caleb and Joshua said, "If the Lord delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us" (Numbers 14:9). Meditate on God and make him bigger than any giants in your life. The God with whom all things are possible. The same God that loves you so much that He gave his son for you. The same son that loves you so much He was willing to give his life for yours. The same son that wants to be everyones Lord and Savior. And made it so simple for everyone to receive him (Roman 10:9,10). Let's magnify him instead of our problems.
