VBMania computer virus confirmed (Snopes, Norton, Microsoft)

This is not a prank as near as I can tell

I have now read the full snopes on this. Report includes:

- first reports September 2010
- is still circulating but US email vector crippled
- URL is down
- Mc Affe lab software neutralizes

I am not a computer person so can't assess this well.
