Idea for forums....the Amen corner...

I thought about how many times an insight or article or comment has blessed me....and wanted to express that, without posting a response....and just wanted to say.....AMEN! That blessed me!

Maybe it would be xtra complicated; I'm surely not a tech. guy, but facebook has a thumbs up attachment on comments....and people can express their approval without a longer comment .

Is that a possibility here at SI? Is it practical, and is it, in your opinion, edifying?

No thumbs down, just AMEN.....an idea only, but
I think it would be cool.

Hi, we have considered putting this for the articles and sermons section to put in the facebook "like" button. But at this time it would be too cluttering on the pages especially the audio sermon pages. We will consider the idea of doing a "in-house" alternative. thanks for the suggestion.
