A critical hearing on the Ground Zero Mosque is scheduled for tomorrow, March 15th. The ACLJ will be delivering oral arguments to stop the building of this Islamic victory mosque in the New York State Supreme Court. This hearing marks the first stop in a lengthy legal process, and we need your voice to be heard with ours.

Thousands have already joined our Committee to Stop the Ground Zero Mosque, and today I am asking you to join, too, if you have not done so already. Our team should walk into the New York State Supreme Court hearing tomorrow able to say that 300,000 Americans have joined our Committee to stop the mosque's construction.

Now is the time for everyone who opposes the building of this Islamic victory mosque to stand with the ACLJ and show Mayor Bloomberg and the New York City government that the American people do not want a victory mosque for Islam at Ground Zero, the site of the tragic 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Americans like you understand that Ground Zero is sacred ground for our nation, the site of the deadliest attack ever on our soil; and we will never forget. But the City of New York, led by its mayor, is moving forward with the Islamic victory mosque plan.

We must clearly state what this mosque represents: a political statement by those who oppose our way of life - including our nation's strong foundation in religious freedom. We will not turn our back on the victims of the terror attacks, and the first responders who gave their lives there, by allowing this victory mosque to be built.

The ACLJ brought this issue to light and was one of the first to act to stop construction of the Ground Zero Mosque. We have taken this fight to New York City officials, Mayor Bloomberg, and the media; and we are now delivering oral arguments in the New York State Supreme Court. Tomorrow's hearing is critical for our case. We are arguing that the proposed mosque site should have been protected by landmark status, and plans for the mosque rejected.

Join the Committee now, add your name to our roster, and allow your voice to be heard tomorrow when the ACLJ team goes to court.

The decision to build this mosque was deeply disturbing. It might even be seen as a sign of radical Islam's victory over America, built at the site where so many innocent Americans were lost in cowardly terrorist attacks. In fact, at this very site, part of one of the hijacked planes crashed into the building itself.

Equally as troubling is that the mosque is financially backed by groups with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, a radical Islamic group that promotes acts of terrorism across the globe. New York City, and the people of this nation, should not permit the construction of a mosque to spread Islamic extremism at the sacred ground of the 9/11 attacks.

Please join the COMMITTEE TO STOP THE GROUND ZERO MOSQUE now, and stand with the ACLJ in court tomorrow to defend the memory of the victims of 9/11 and stop this disturbing project.

As much as I don't want to ever see a mosque built anywhere, the fact of the matter is, in America, they day they tell someone that they can't build a mosque somewhere is a dark day. From that day on, it's only a matter of time before they tell you that you can no longer read certain books, teach certain truths, or meet together in certain names'.

Like I said before, I wish that every mosque on the face of this earth would close it's doors for the rest of eternity, but in America, what right is there to stop them from building one? I don't think a mosque is even fit to be built in a landfill, but they think the same about our churches. If this passes, do you really think Islam won't strike back? Since America is not a Theocracy, people are technically free to build whatever building they want, wherever they want.

Consider the larger picture.
