Yes, he is warning us that another earthquake is due to complete the ring of fire - Chile, New Zealand, Japan and then the upper west coast of North America.
But it is a warning of the end of times? Who knows? I say that because the scientist on the video referenced that the same thing happened in 1906. Another geologist scientist predicted the 1906 San Francisco earthquake because of other earthquakes that had taken place in the ring of fire from 1897 to 1906.
Of course it's God, nothing cannot happen if he does not allow it to happen on the micro level as well as the macro level.
