Dear brothers and sisters,
There potentially is an upcoming SermonIndex conference which we are calling "SermonIndex Live Simulcast Event". It will be a live event in Atlanta, GA and will have broadcast locations where people can watch the live event all across North America.
We are still praying through many of the details, speakers, venue in Atlanta, etc. we firstly ask your prayers over this event as it comes together by God's grace and timing.

Saturday Oct 22nd at 9am-9pm (all day)

Secondly there is a great need for 50-100 volunteers in all different areas of this event. Here are some of the areas that you could pray about committing to:
- Becoming a Simulcast Broadcast Location (use your church facility as one of the locations to watch the video event live)
- Advertising in your local area with posters in churches of the simulcast in your town / city.
- Serve at your local simulcast location as a greeter / prayer room / any other needful tasks in setting up and breaking down.
At the "live" Atlanta, GA location there is much help needed:
- Greeters / Welcoming Staff
- Prayer Room Staff
- Setting up / Cleaning Staff
- Sound board / Technical Staff
- SLR Photography Help
- Video control staff
- Live Ustream Webcast Monitoring
- Driving / Hospitality Staff
- Homestays in Atlanta Area for Staff
- Gophers *(people who are just servants and will fill necessary tasks as needed).
