In my humble opinion, you can't beat the Matthew Henry Commentaries (I do not recommend the abbreviated version, as it takes most of the red meat out of the work.)

Agreed, there is no other commentary that has even come close to the richness and meat of that almost 400 year old classic. I am currently working on making mp3 audio recordings of it using a text to audio program that sounds okay and not too robotic.

I found Warren Wiersbe's Commentary on the whole Bible to be just amazing. There are six-volumes that you can buy.
