Surrounded by Storms

I am currently surrounded by storms . . . I have never before seen such a thing.

And there was a small panic attack, as I was once surrounded before. Anyone that would care to pray - it would be most welcome.

Thank you for your prayers. I am once again standing firm in Him. :)

That clear area in the midst of the storms is Him protecting me. Oh what a blessed Saviour!

Amen! I will stand with you in prayer. I too lived with these storms for 3 1/2 years in Oklahoma caring for my Mother. I do understand. Unless someone has been through these it is hard to comprehend.

Fear not child of God! The Lord your God is with you. And will see you through everything.

We pray in Jesus Powerful Name. Name above all Names a hedge of protection around you and the whole area. That Jesus will rule and reign. And we come against any fear that would want to come upon you. Amen and Amen,

Sing & worship Him. The fear will leave - the peace will come.

You know the drill - get to a cellar or some shelter.

One came at my house and the sirens went off, I didnt have a shelter so I went to my folks house, 10 miles away they have a cellar. And the tornado went right over their house. Glory to God. Never touched us. It is a scarey thing but Jesus is bigger and stronger. Glory to God. Keep us posted.

All is well. The system just kind of moved around me. Thank you again for your prayers. What a blessing it is to have brothers and sisters that will join the battle at a moments notice.

It was that sense of being surrounded that about did me in. I am really glad that the LORD does not always let us see what He is preparing us for.

I was checking out this NOAA map to see how this system formed - there are some really strange clouds (ripples?) in Mexico that basically don't move for the full 24 hour loop - it is as if they are pushing upon the jet stream. Strange things are happening in these last days.

Oh, yes, it is a scary thing. That's why I can encourage you because I lived with those storms for those years. And my family lived in that home since the 1950's without incident. Grandma was a praying woman. Glory to God. Yes, that was a long 10 miles but it was a 10 miles of some deep intense prayer! grin!

The preacher just said, the earth is the Lord's and the fullness therein. God's in control.

I am His and His banner over me is love. These are some of the things I had and have to say to myself to encourage myself.

I will continue to pray. You are an overcomer because greater is He that is in you....We are with you in prayer the whole season. Glory to God Sister.

Just as the first system was about to pass completely around me, another one formed in the same place that the first one had originated from - and it too headed straight for me, this time in a straight line. But praise God, even that one did not touch me. Just as the outer tip was about to intersect our town, it dropped down and we were left untouched.

Sometimes I just shake my head at how the LORD covers us and saves us from impending disaster - but then He is God after all. :)

Oh praise the LORD for His goodness and mercy!
