SEATING & OVERFLOW
Seating will be on a first come first served basis.
Once the full capacity has been reached at Times Square Church, ushers will direct attendees to the various overflow locations as follows:
51st Street (Between Broadway & 8th Avenue)
The street will be blocked off for the memorial service. Overflow seating and standing room will be provided on 51st Street and various screens will stream the memorial service live.

LIVE WEBCAST
The memorial service will be webcast LIVE on the Times Square Church website tscnyc.org,
beginning at 2:00PM EST.
We are expecting that a very large number of people, potentially up to one million visitors, will be watching the live stream of the memorial service on our website.
We are maximizing our streaming bandwidth capacity to ensure that we can serve this many visitors to our website during the memorial service without interruptions and at a high quality level.

A limited number of seats will be reserved for family, closest friends, denominational leaders and dignitaries.

PARKING
Parking will be available for a nominal fee of $2.00 with a stamped ticket
at the parking garages located within a five-block radius of Times Square Church.

CHILDCARE
Childcare for children newborn to age 3 will be available during the memorial service for children whose parents are seated in the sanctuary and Education Annex of Times Square Church.
Important:
Childcare will not be provided for children with parents seated in overflow locations.

SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION
Simultaneous translation will be available in the following languages:
Arabic, Chinese, French, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese,
Russian, Spanish and Swahili.
The simultaneous translation will be available via conference call lines accessible by land and cellular phones.
The conference call phone number and access codes for each language will be posted on the live events page of our website during the webcast.
The call is considered a long distance call and the corresponding charges will be applied for the length of the call by your phone service provider.
