I saw most of the service through Times Square Church and their website and if anyone missed it and is interested I would urge them to try and see a replay here. It was a thoughtful and well done service. Though sad at times, it was edifying in the end and it brought home again what a servant of God Brother Wilkerson was. I'm no spring chicken any longer and it makes me not want to go gentle into the good night as far as serving Jesus goes. Thank you Lord for such a man.

Blessings and encouragement to all.

Hi,Thanks for the info on the memorial.I saw it and the testimony of how God used David Wilkerson was great.
It was mentioned during the memorial about why God would allow his servant to go home the way he did.I was thinking about this in bed last night and starting thinking on these lines.
I have seen that sometimes a football coach substitutes players for tactical or injury reasons, but on rare occasions a coach will substitute his star player a few minutes before the match is over in a match that is already won so that that player will get a standing ovation as he leaves the field.Yes David Wilkerson could have finished the full match but maybe God wanted him to leave the field a few minutes before the end to highlight his contribution and allow us give him an ovation and in doing so praise God for him.
Yours Staff
