We're not living in the last days, we're living in the last minutes! Now we are forced, by God, to either bow or leave. To die to self, or to kill the Cross. There's no time left for playing games. No time to compromise."Lord, I give You my life. I don't want to live a life for Self and see Your name being blasphemed and taken invain. I don't have much to give in return for what You gave to me...but please, God Almighty, take me and mold me, so that You will receive ALL glory. Let it be a lovely sacrifice to You. That's all I want and it's all You deserve. And when I turn lukewarm, Lord, do whatever is necessary to bring me back to my first love. Not for my sake, but for Yours! Bend me, break me, make me bow! Jesus, Lover of my soul, here I am..."I had to think of some passages from the Bible:"And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate. And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days. Now when they shall fall, they shall be holpen with a little help: but many shall cleave to them with flatteries. And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end" (Daniel 11:32-35)"And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved" (John 3:19-20)""Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit. The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net. That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up. The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity. Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom. For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house. But as for me, I will look unto Jehovah; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me. Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: though I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, Jehovah shall be a light unto me." (Michah 7:1-8)To God be all glory!Paul
