leading to the harvest field...how?

I'm a babe in Christ, just 3 years saved and I have been believeing in God since to help me to become fruitful in the harvest field. The bible says to pray to the "Lord of the Harvest" (God the Father) but what do I need to do on my part help the young believers, that God has put in my path, to grab ahold of that same vision? Things I'm uncertain about:1: the heart for the lost isn't showing enough in my life to move them. (I'm not an radical in heart, but I desire to do what it takes to do the Will of God, and that is to reach the lost)2: I don't step on toes hard enough to get their attention to show them that it is great that their saved but get off of themsilves for one minute and look at those dieing without salvation.3: I'm praying but I really haven't been labouring in prayer (i think this is the biggest reason). I'm not trying to do everything myself, but I've been staying busy enough so that when I get home all I want to do is crash (we are a small church and there is only 4 of us in ministry, we call it "iron man ministry"), and if I try and pray I only fall a sleep trying.God help me. To reach the lost and help lead others to the harvest field. We need revival in my City as well in this nation. I pray the rains fall down upon the land and bring life the dry bones. It is only by Your calling...dear Lord...that they can come forth. God help my City and your children.Pray with me and please any advise you give, will be heard. I'm listing to my pastor and putting it into action I just need more testimonies and wisdom on this issue. I'm trying to lead these 3 guys and I want them to catch vision, put their hands to the plow. Thanks
