Helping the Philly 11

[font=Verdana]I live in Australia. I have heard of the trials of the Philly 11 and have told my friends about it. I want to help them be set free and avoid a ridiculous precedent being set in the courts. Rather then ringing these offices am I able to write a letter. Because sometimes more notice and credibility is taken when people write a letter because it takes a bit more effort to do and then they have hard evidence for these protests. Also itd be an expensive phone bill for me. But in light of 47 years jail an expensive phone bill is nothing. If their are addresses could you please notify me of them. Would their be any worth in doing a petition in my Church?[/font]

This is what I found out.---------------------------------Brian Fahling (our attorney) does not want us contacting or encouraging others to contact the judge, district attorney, etc. but he is in favor of contacting the Justice Department. You can encourage the U.S. Dept. of Justice to get involved by contacting Chief Albert Moskowitz in the Criminal Section of the Civil Rights Division at 202-514-4540, and Chief Shanetta Brown-Cutlar in Special Litigation at 202-514-6255. Repent America has a list of media contacts at Repent America that people may contact (under "A Call to Action"). At this time, this is all that I know of.
