AW Tozer Quote / Lordship Salvation (?)

I frequently read the SI forums here and I wanted to add this quote from AW Tozer, for your thoughts:

Mr. Tozer unquestionably taught Lordship Salvation. At one time I viewed him as a great man of God, but then one day realized that he taught a false gospel. Mr. Tozer errantly states:

"In the Bible the offer of pardon on the part of God is conditioned upon intention to reform on the part of man. There can be no spiritual regeneration till there has been a moral reformation"

so I guess these are all heretics also

jesus also taught this when he said repent he said that befor peole were ever born again
peter said repent every one of you

regenertion is condition ,or combined with repentance

this begines with a change of mind about sin
this s what tozer is teaching ,when he says ,,,is conditioned upon intention to reform on the part of man

this is the begginings of repentance

this is wht he means by a moral reformation

on top of that there can be no baptisim of his spirit with out real repentance that has fruit ,of obeadence

some things tozer has said are hard to understand

this is what christ taught
