Prayer for my church, we are voting on our pastor this month

My church will be voting on pastor this month. Please keep our church in prayers. When we began to search for a pastor we said it we wanted it to be God's will and the right person that he wanted exactly. As you know i am off and on at my church. But i do hope the Lord would bless our church and that everything would workout the way he wants it. Please pray for our members too and that the Lord would speak to every single one of them and that the Lord would work mightily in the church.

Our vote is on October 2nd, sadly we have already had people begin to leave the church. I almost still unsure about what to do. Please pray for our church.
