Ministers' Covenant Day*
Psalm 107:10-16 Jeremiah 48:26-49:16; Hebrews 3:1-15
Who has believed what we have heard? And to whom has the arm of the Lord
been revealed? Isaiah 53:1
Concerning this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace that
was to be yours made careful search and inquiry. 1 Peter 1:10
God of the prophets, reveal your arm to us. Make us wise prophets of
your grace and salvation so that all may believe what they hear about
you. Amen.
*During a synodal conference in London, Jesus Christ was recognized as
chief elder of the Brethren's Church. The day is observed as a
covenanting day for servants of the church.
