I believe with all of my heart, that this is the time to seek for unity and a binding together of those of one mind.
For the first time since I can't remember when, I've spent the whole week with that word "unity" coming into my spirit from the outside. Can't fully explain how or why, except "they were all together in one accord when......".
That's all I know - that this crying out is not coming from me.

Amen sister, I have been thinking a lot on these verses lately..
Joh 17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
Joh 17:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
Joh 17:23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
It is when we are "one" that the world will come to believe.
And pray we will, dear Sis!

Just as our Lord's number one aim is that we may be one, also the Devil's number one aim is to divide the brethren and how easily we fall into his devices and ignore the loving words of our Lord.
Lord Jesus, Please keep me from doing even those things that are right if they are not from you, if they lack love, if they originate from self.
In Jesus Love.
I remember when listening to the sermon " The Canadian Revival Story" by Bill Mcleod, he was relating the story of a woman that was praying for a long time for a national revival in Canada and the Holy Spirit asked her: Why are you praying for a national revival when you can not get along with your Pastor's wife? Since then I know that the biggest hinderance to revival is how we feel, and act toward out brother.
UntoBabes, Thank you for your post. Will continue to pray in that direction - Amen - but must admit after taking a surprisingly lengthy trip around cyberspace - having a signal last that long - I'm more discouraged than encouraged by what I see out there in the unity-in-truth-and-love dept, but have decided, that regardless whether I have a long lasting internet signal or not somedays - I won't be looking at the internet much more and especially, not for knowledge/updates of how we're doing, regarding our joint prayer.
Reading some devotional thoughts threads, Brother Travis posted one by David Wilkerson that said to pray with "thanksgiving" and not to "worry". After this last trip around the net - I'll take that as a final answer and we'll just continue to enjoy the reality that we 'are' all praying toward that end - John 10 and 17.
