What do you moderators (and everyone else) think of a thumbs-up system for comments (similar to YouTube)? Or would that just be too much of a headache to install? XD
It's just that sometimes when you don't have time to write out a comment, it would still show the poster that everyone isn't ignoring their post or something.

I think if such a thing was ever installed, it would be better if it was an "Amen" button. Just a thought!

Hi, thank you for the great thoughts. One of the reasons for sermonindex being where it is today in functionality and simplicity is the wonderful ideas of the saints that have been submitted on these forums. Therefore all ideas are welcome and considered.
Though for this we have thought about this before and feel it is much better to have comments for meaningful contributions and if someone did not approve the message they can give a full reason why.
