Seventeenth Sunday after Pentecost
Watchword for the Week - O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you, I

Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has
risen upon you. Isaiah 60:1
You are all children of light and children of the day; we are not of the
night or of darkness. So then, let us not fall asleep as others do, but
let us keep awake and be sober. 1 Thessalonians 5:5-6
Holy comforter, you are the light of the world. As you break forth in
splendor to gladden our hearts, help us to take the light of your peace
into our home and communities as we leave our places of worship today.
