This is a very good message about "loving the unlovable" and reaching out to the hurting in this world. It is preached by Mike Adkins.

Brother Adkins used to visit the church that my parents attended when I was a child. He would minister in word and song. He was very well known at one time (several of his songs were popular during the 1980s).

I have listened to this message several times and I am provoked each and every time that I hear this testimony.

We raised our kids watching this movie....along with serving in nursing homes, and all of them have great hearts of compassion, even my prodigals.....Highly recommended. But be prepared to be convicted....

But, I agree! It is very moving!

You can get it really cheap on Amazon - I'd like to say you wouldn't be disappointed, but then I am the older generation so I'm not sure I can say it :) I think the message of Norman ties in well with Carter Conlon's message of this last Sunday, 10/16/11 - forgot the exact name, but the theme was loving the unlovely...we can't do it in the flesh...
