What's up with the tone?

While reading through the forum today I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at the tone of the conversations in here (even the controversial ones), how wonderful! You know, when we diet (me, not so much) we often times don't notice a change in our bodies until we see a friend that we haven't seen in awhile and they say 'DUDE you look great, you've lost a lot of weight!!' Well I haven't been here in awhile and just wanted to say 'DUDE you look great!!!' You may not have noticed anything because it happened so gradually, but I did.

Just wanted to let you all know that I noticed and thank you for responding to your extended family in love!!
