QUOTE:
"I am just interested in what peoples five loaves and 2 fishes are?"
As I consider this question, I always regarded by natural abilities, interests as my loaves and fishes. The limited amount I have soon gets exhausted from use and needs to be replenished. To take it to the level in which others can be served requires supernatural enablement. In doing so, the Holy Spirit will also provide you with more skills, more interests and assist you in its use. On my own I soon run out of gas but the refueling that occurs when God is multiplying can only be attributed to the grace of God - I do not have the means - physical, spiritual, or mental stamina to do it in my own power.
There are a few things I am learning:
1. One is never too old to acquire new, different skills that can be used to assist others.
2. To recognize my own limitations. For example, when I am tired, quit! Rest. You will wear yourself out unnecessarily and be no good for anyone if you continue. Rest. Rest. The world will not fly off course if you rest! This point is an important lesson for one who wanted everything done yesterday...SIGH
3. You are never too old to learn - if you want to, that is.
This is my take on your question...Got any more deltadom?
