Both... because we are both on equal footing at the base of the cross.

To meet "in His name" means by His authority, in acknowledgment of all that He is, and in obedience to His Word. Wherever two or three are gathered in recognition of Him as Lord and Savior, he is there in the midst. We must not get this confused as to, if we Pray alone he does not answer Prayer or is not close,remember in Proverbs 18:24 there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother, so technically he is always in our mist.
hmm yeah this is something I have been trying to figure out with my gf
I think generally I will start and lead and then she follows but sometimes it will just end up flowing naturally so that we just go one after the other in turn
