Genesis 3:17
"Unto Adam he said, becauue thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife and hast easten of the tree ofwhich I commanded thee saying Thou shalt not eat of it, cursed is the ground for they sake....."
Someone talk to me about the role of Even in this story. On the surface and in this modern day reading a text such as this it would appear it was Eve fault for it all yet the text doesn't not say that Eve was told not to eat of the fruit. Only Adam was told and then God blames Adam for listening to Eve and Sinning and suffering the consequences. I need a good thought for thought on this to include into my paper. I am stuck on this thing.
What does this text support in ideology?
