Today I was out picking up sticks to help light my little stove through out the winter. After about a half hour of gathering, I thought about how nice it would be to have some children around to help with such tasks. It was not five minutes later when a little boy riding by on his bicycle stopped and asked if he could help me pick up sticks.
Oh the joy of that which the LORD brings forth! We had a most delightful time together as we picked up sticks and spoke of the LORD. To hear a small child talk about how the LORD took the darkness out of his heart, and washed away all of his guilt, is a most blessed thing indeed.
