I need prayer that the Lord would set me free the evil thoughts in my mind and from any thoughts the evil spirits our putting into my mind. I also need prayer that this spiritual oppression would stop and that the Lord would set me free to live for him and to walk in his Spirit.
He already has set you free. You must but believe that it is so. He has given us the shield of faith as part of our armour - but notice that the shield is made of faith. If you have no faith that "it" is there, "it" can not shield you. I will pray that He open your heart to this truth.

Please keep me in prayer i began to get stronger last night and a little today, my body and mind things were getting better, but i have had this before where i started getting better and things somehow go back to struggles. At times i feel so close to having a break through. But thank you for the prayers.
Each morning, before you even get out of bed, ask the LORD to put each piece of armour in place - and then believe that He has done it. Ask Him to give you this faith - and then ask Him for ever increasing faith.
